C10100/TU2 Copper Bar is bar stock made from Oxygen-Free Electronic (OFE) Copper, achieving an ultra-high purity of ≥99.99% Cu with minimal oxygen. This purity results in the highest electrical and thermal conductivity available (typically ≥101% IACS). Crucially, the absence of oxygen makes it completely immune to hydrogen embrittlement. C10100 bar is the material of choice for demanding electrical and vacuum applications, including high-end electronic components, vacuum tube anodes, waveguides, specialty busbars, and high-efficiency heat sinks, where maximum performance, purity, and reliability for high-temperature joining are essential.
